Ask and delegate to the coworker
Connect your tools, approve what the agent does in them, and choose how it reaches you.
Connect your tools
Connections act as you, never more - each one runs at your access, not the whole organisation's.
- Connect an app yourself, with its own nickname if you use more than one account. Manage Connections
Approve what the agent does in your tools
- Set an outside-app action to run automatically, ask first, or stay off, down to the individual action. Open Permissions
Capture what you learn, without a context switch
- Say "capture this" in Slack, or save a web chat answer; the draft waits in the review queue for your pod lead's decision. Open the review queue
What you can ask / how to query the brain
Connect any AI tool that can talk to Mosaic - claude.ai, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant - by pasting one address into it (find it under Settings, AI tool access). Once connected, it can ask the brain a question, open and read a document, see what changed and when, and suggest a change for a pod lead to approve. Or open a pod's Knowledge tab, or ask your coworker in Slack instead.
For developers: the gateway tool catalogue
Read tools: get_brain_document, get_change_history, list_source_docs, search_brain_documents. Write tools (governed - a pod lead other than the author approves before anything goes live): approve_change, check_approval_requirements, file_items, revise_items, submit_for_review. Skill tools: list_pods, list_skills, run_skill.
